What is Villoura and how is it different from other rental sites?
Villoura is a luxury vacation rental service specializing in high-end homes and villas. Unlike generic listing sites, we offer a curated portfolio of only the finest properties and include full concierge services with every stay. We handle everything end-to-end, providing a seamless, hotel-like experience in a private home.
You can browse our listings online and submit a booking request or inquiry on the property page. A Villoura specialist will then confirm availability and details (usually within a few hours). For immediate help, you can call us and we’ll guide you to the right property and handle the booking for you. Payments can be made securely by credit card or wire transfer. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed confirmation and our concierge will reach out to assist with pre-arrival arrangements.
Every Villoura booking includes complimentary concierge service, daily housekeeping (unless otherwise noted), and welcome amenities. Our concierge can assist with airport pickup, restaurant reservations, groceries, or any requests to personalize your stay[11]. Some villas come staffed with house managers, and additional services like private chefs, drivers, or spa therapists can be arranged at an extra cost.
Select properties may allow small events (like a family gathering or corporate retreat), but large parties or events require approval and may incur additional fees (and security deposits). Let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll guide you to event-friendly estates. For long-term stays, absolutely – we often arrange monthly or multi-month luxury rentals (with pricing adjusted accordingly). Long-term guests can also enjoy additional services like weekly linen changes, office setup, etc., to make an extended stay comfortable.
We take pride in accuracy and quality control. Our team personally photographs or verifies each property and we keep listings up-to-date[10]. When you arrive, the home will be exactly as shown (or better!). In the unlikely event of an issue at check-in, we have contingency plans and can relocate you to an equal or better property, or offer appropriate compensation. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Cancellation terms can vary by property and season. Generally, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with full payment due closer to arrival (e.g., 60 days prior). If you cancel before the full payment due date, the deposit may be forfeited unless we can re-book the villa. After full payment, cancellations are typically non-refundable due to the exclusive nature of these bookings. We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance for peace of mind. We will always work with you and the homeowner as much as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Yes. All villas are in safe neighborhoods or secure buildings. Many are gated estates with their own security systems. We can also arrange additional security personnel for high-profile guests upon request. Privacy is paramount – no one will access the property during your stay except staff you’ve approved (housekeeping at scheduled times, etc.). Our team also signs NDAs when dealing with celebrity or high-profile clients, ensuring confidentiality.
We can often arrange a virtual tour via video call with one of our staff on-site, especially for longer stays. In-person viewings can sometimes be arranged for local properties if scheduling permits (typically for bookings of a certain value or duration). We also provide as much detail as possible – floor plans, videos, additional photos – to give you confidence in your choice.
Villoura’s support is 24/7. If a pipe leaks or the Wi-Fi goes out, contact your concierge immediately. We have a network of maintenance professionals on standby. We’ll either fix the issue promptly or, if it’s major, we can relocate you to a comparable property. Our goal is zero disruptions to your vacation.
