What is Villoura and how is it different from other rental sites?
Villoura is a luxury villa booking platform specializing exclusively in high-end homes, estates, and villas. Unlike generic listing sites where any property can appear, every home in our portfolio is hand-selected and curated for design, location, and quality. We go beyond simply connecting you with a property — our team manages your entire guest journey, from the first inquiry through checkout, with a level of service that mirrors a five-star hotel. The property remains privately owned; we handle the experience.
Browse our portfolio and submit an inquiry on any property page, or contact our team directly by phone or WhatsApp. A Villoura specialist will confirm availability and walk you through the property details — usually within a few hours. Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll send a reservation agreement to review and sign. Payment is made by bank wire transfer, Zelle, or Cash App after the agreement is complete. In select cases, credit card payments may be available with advance approval. Upon confirmation, your dedicated concierge will reach out to begin coordinating your arrival.
Every Villoura booking includes a dedicated guest specialist and complimentary concierge service. We coordinate pre-arrival requests, property access, and anything you need during your stay. Add-on services — private chefs, airport transfers, grocery stocking, in-villa spa, security personnel — can be arranged at additional cost. Longer stays can also include weekly housekeeping, linen service, and dedicated estate support. Just ask — no request is too specific.
Select properties in our portfolio are available for intimate events such as family gatherings or private corporate retreats. Events require advance approval and a separate event agreement, and may require additional deposit and insurance. For long-term stays of 30 nights or more, we regularly accommodate extended relocations and executive stays — often with enhanced services and adjusted pricing. All primary features — bedrooms, bathrooms, pool, views, and key amenities — are verified before any property joins our portfolio. Photography is professional and accurate, though images may be enhanced and minor decor details may vary from photos. If you have a specific question about any element of a property before booking, our team will answer it directly — including arranging a video walkthrough for longer stays. If any material issue is present at check-in, notify us within two hours and we will work to resolve it immediately.

Our cancellation policy is tiered based on how far in advance you cancel. Villoura’s service fee is non-refundable in all cases. For the property rental fee: cancellations 90 or more days before check-in receive 75% back; 60-89 days, 50%; 30-59 days, 25%; under 30 days, no refund. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to bookings@villoura.com — verbal cancellations are not accepted. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip. Privacy and security are central to everything we do. All properties are in vetted locations, and many are gated estates with their own security systems. Access instructions are provided only to confirmed, verified guests. For high-profile guests, our team operates under full confidentiality and NDA protocols. Additional security personnel can be arranged upon request. You will never receive an unexpected visitor at the property during your stay without your prior knowledge and approval.
We can often arrange a virtual tour via video call with one of our staff on-site, especially for longer stays. In-person viewings can sometimes be arranged for local properties if scheduling permits (typically for bookings of a certain value or duration). We also provide as much detail as possible – floor plans, videos, additional photos – to give you confidence in your choice.
Villoura’s support is 24/7. If a pipe leaks or the Wi-Fi goes out, contact your concierge immediately. We have a network of maintenance professionals on standby. We’ll either fix the issue promptly or, if it’s major, we can relocate you to a comparable property. Our goal is zero disruptions to your vacation.

We have a rigorous vetting process – properties must meet luxury standards for location, amenities, and design. Villoura offers a comprehensive booking facilitation and marketing service — including listing creation, guest communications, booking coordination, and concierge support — designed to make renting your home effortless and rewarding. Day-to-day property operations and housekeeping are coordinated through our preferred vendor network in partnership with the owner.

Our guest support is available 24 hours a day. If a maintenance issue arises, contact your dedicated concierge immediately — we have a network of qualified professionals on standby. We will either resolve the issue promptly or, in cases of significant disruption, arrange a relocation to a comparable or superior property. Your experience is our responsibility from check-in to checkout.
