  • Travel dates, group size, and special requests submitted through booking inquiries

Property Owners: Upon confirming a reservation, we may share your name, contact information, booking dates, and group details with the property owner as necessary to facilitate your stay. This information is shared on a need-to-know basis only.

Service Providers: We share data with our technology and service providers including HubSpot (CRM), Klaviyo (email marketing), IGMS (property management), and Google (analytics). These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of Villoura, our guests, or the public.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Future Partners: We may in the future partner with third-party service providers such as concierge vendors, transportation companies, or experience providers. We will update this policy and provide notice before sharing your data with any new third-party categories.

8. Data Retention

We retain guest booking data for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with applicable tax and legal record-keeping requirements. Marketing data is retained until you opt out or request deletion. Identity verification documents are retained for the duration of your booking and deleted within 90 days of checkout unless legally required to be retained longer.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at bookings@villoura.com and we will delete it promptly.

10. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We strongly encourage guests to verify all payment instructions directly with our team before initiating any wire transfer, Zelle, or Cash App payment. Villoura will never request payment to an unverified third party.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites including Airbnb and Vrbo. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those platforms and encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.

12. SMS Communications

By opting into SMS communications from Villoura, you consent to receive text messages including booking updates, appointment reminders, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us at bookings@villoura.com. Mobile information including opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. The updated policy will be posted on villoura.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
