Encino, Tarzana & Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California
Grimes Place Estate is a 6,000-plus square foot home in the hills of Encino with seven bedrooms and seven baths, one of the few Los Angeles rentals that genuinely sleeps fourteen without anyone on a sofa. It is a natural choice for multi-generation families, reunions and teams in town together.
Two large living rooms with wide sectionals give adults and kids their own spaces, and a games room with a pool table keeps everyone busy. The kitchen is set up for group cooking, with a dining table for the whole party. Seven bedrooms, each with its own bath, are spread across two floors, including a themed room for younger guests.
Villoura runs every stay personally: pre-arrival planning, a private chef or driver on request, stocked kitchens, restaurant and nightlife reservations, and a team that answers within minutes, day or night. Send your dates and group size and we will confirm availability and your all-in rate for this Encino villa. No payment is needed to inquire.
