Do you handle filming permits?
We guide you on what each location requires and how to secure the right permits — you’ll know the process before you lock the date.
How large a crew can the estate take?
It depends on the property. Share your crew size and vehicle count and we’ll match you to estates with the space, access and parking to carry it.
Can we book prep and wrap days?
Yes — most productions book build, shoot and strike days. We schedule the full window, not just the shoot itself.
Do you require insurance or a COI?
Yes, production insurance and a certificate of insurance are standard. Your coordinator confirms exactly what’s needed for the estate and location.
