Why Choose Villoura as an Alternative to Airbnb in Santa Monica?

Villoura is built for guests who need more than a standard vacation rental. Our fully furnished luxury homes, private villas, estates, and mansions are suited for executives, film crews, FIFA and sports-event travelers, family vacations, anniversaries, relocation assignments, monthly stays, and guests who value discreet luxury accommodation in Santa Monica.

Whether you are visiting from Dubai, London, New York, or elsewhere, our team helps match you with a stay that fits your purpose, privacy needs, group size, and preferred location. Some guests need a quiet executive home near the Westside. Others need a larger villa for production teams, extended family stays, private celebrations, or long-term furnished living.

Villoura offers a more personal alternative to 5-star hotels or Airbnb. Guests can enjoy the space and privacy of a luxury residence, with support for pre-arrival planning, transportation, private-chef requests, housekeeping, wellness services, and special arrangements, when available.

Our goal is simple: help you find a secure, comfortable, fully furnished luxury rental that feels right for your stay — whether it is short-term, monthly, or part of a longer relocation assignment.

Common Amenities in Our Vacation Rentals

Villoura’s Santa Monica or any vacation rentals may include indoor and outdoor amenities that make every stay feel more private, comfortable, and complete. We offer everything from chef-ready kitchens and work-friendly spaces to pools, terraces, ocean views, and outdoor dining areas.

why choose santa monica for a luxury stay

Why Luxury Travelers Visit Santa Monica

Santa Monica is one of the few beach cities that perfectly combines beachfront living and metropolitan accessibility. Santa Monica offers the convenience of a major city with a relaxed character that defines California’s coast.

Santa Monica: Close to the Coast, Connected to LA

Here’s the thing about Santa Monica. You’re on the water, but you’re not stuck out at the edge of everything. The beach, the Pier, Ocean Avenue, and the long run of Montana are all right there. And when you want the rest of LA, it’s a short hop. Malibu’s up the coast. Venice is a walk. Brentwood, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and LAX are none of them far.

That combination is why the people who stay longer tend to land here. The family that needs a few bedrooms and a real kitchen. The executive is in for a week of meetings. Someone relocating who hasn’t found a place yet. A couple marking an occasion. A crew is shooting nearby. You get a base near the ocean without trading away the city.

Best Luxury Things to Do in Santa Monica

You don’t need much of a plan in Santa Monica. Ocean in the morning, shops and a long lunch in the afternoon, the Westside once the sun drops. A loose list to pull from:

  • Walk the beach path down to Venice. It’s flatter and longer than you’d expect, and it’s the best way to see both towns.
  • Sit in Palisades Park along Ocean Avenue near sunset. That’s the postcard.
  • Give Montana Avenue a couple of hours. Small shops, good food, no rush.
  • Wander the Third Street Promenade.
  • Take a walk near the Pier for golden hour.
  • Drive up the coast into Malibu. Go for the views, stay for lunch.
  • Spend an afternoon on Main Street, where the cafes and boutiques still feel like a beach town.
  • Head inland to Brentwood, Beverly Hills, or Pacific Palisades when you want bigger dining and shopping.
  • Then come back to your Villoura home and shut the door on all of it.

Santa Monica Vacation Rentals FAQs

How to Reserve Your Santa Monica Vacation Rental?
Start with the basics. Your dates, how many people, roughly where you want to be, and anything the home has to have. From there, we check what’s open and walk you through the property, the price, and the house rules. Nothing’s final until you’ve seen all of it.
Fully furnished homes in and around Santa Monica. Private villas, oceanfront houses, luxury residences, larger estates, and homes set up for longer stays. They cover a lot of ground, from a weekend to a few months, and from a family vacation to a work trip, a relocation, or an anniversary. If you want something near the coast and out of the spotlight, that’s most of what we do.
Yes. We do short stays and long ones, including monthly villas, extended furnished homes, and relocation setups. What’s available comes down to the property, your dates, how long you’re staying, and any approvals tied to that particular home.
Plenty of them have one. Spas, hot tubs, and outdoor lounging too. Send us your dates and the amenities you care about most, and we’ll pull the Santa Monica and nearby LA homes that fit.
We do work with oceanfront homes, coastal villas, and places near Santa Monica Beach, though availability shifts with the calendar. If being right on the water is the point of the trip, flag it early, and we’ll get you as close as we can for your dates.
Some are. The rules change from one property to the next, so tell us about your pet before you book, and we’ll confirm whether there’s a good pet-friendly option in Santa Monica or close by.
Most run $1,000 to $5,000 or more a night. Where you fall in that range depends on the size of the home, your dates, the amenities, the location, and how close you are to the sand. For monthly and long-term stays, we price one at a time, based on the home and the length of the stay. Give us your dates, your headcount, where you’d like to be, and your must-haves, and we’ll send back a short list with real numbers.
If quiet is what you’re after, look North of Montana, along Ocean Avenue, or just past the city line in Pacific Palisades and Brentwood. Those areas feel more residential than the downtown blocks or the streets right by the Pier, and you’re still close to the beach, the restaurants, and the rest of the Westside. Tell us your group size and how much privacy matters versus being in the middle of things, and we’ll point you to the right spot.
It depends on how early you cancel. The service fee doesn’t come back, and that’s the same in every case. For the property rental fee, here’s how it works. Cancel 90 or more days before check-in, and you get 75% back. Between 60 and 89 days, you get half. Between 30 and 59 days, a quarter. Under 30 days, nothing.
That comes down to the home. It’s house rules, local regulations, the occupancy limit, and whether the owner signs off. If you’re planning a gathering or expecting extra people, tell us before you book so we can steer you toward a property that allows it.
