Your Residence for the 2028 Games
For seventeen days in July 2028 Los Angeles becomes the most difficult city in the world to find a bed in. Villoura is placing guests into private homes across the neighborhoods that sit closest to the venues — for three nights or for the whole Games, as single residences or as blocks of houses for federations, sponsors and hospitality teams.

Three ways we place guests
Short Games stays — 3 to 10 nights
Built around a specific block of tickets. A long weekend for the athletics finals, a week for the swimming. The homes that are lawfully available for short stays in July 2028 will be the scarcest inventory in Los Angeles; these are the ones to secure first.
The full Games — one residence
A single house for a family or a small group, for the seventeen days or the whole summer, with the Paralympics in August if you are staying on.
Estate blocks — federations & sponsors
Several residences inside one enclave, sometimes one street, so a delegation or a hospitality team stays together. Catering, security, chauffeured transport and household staff coordinated across the group.
The shape of the Games
There is no Olympic Park. Competition is spread across a sixty-mile arc, with the two largest concentrations of venues eleven miles apart in Inglewood and Downtown. The Olympic and Paralympic Village is on the UCLA campus in Westwood; the main press centre is at Hollywood Park beside SoFi Stadium, and the international broadcast centre moved in July 2026 to the Warner Bros. Ranch lot in Burbank. Those three addresses tell you where the accredited traffic will run.
Which is why the neighborhood you choose matters more here than at any other Games. We have mapped every venue to the residential districts that actually work in the LA28 venue map.

Where Villoura has homes
| Venue zone | Stay in |
|---|---|
| Inglewood — SoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome, main press centre | Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, the beach cities |
| Downtown & Exposition Park — Coliseum, Crypto.com Arena, Convention Center, Dodger Stadium | Hollywood Hills, Mid-City |
| Westwood — the Athlete Village | Bel Air, Holmby Hills, Brentwood |
| Riviera Country Club — Olympic golf | Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Malibu |
| Venice Beach — marathon and triathlon starts | Venice, Santa Monica |
| Sepulveda Basin — 3×3 basketball, BMX, skateboarding | Encino, Sherman Oaks, Studio City |
The rule that will decide who can host you. The City of Los Angeles currently permits short-term rentals only in a host’s registered primary residence, capped at 120 nights a year without an extended permit. A proposal to allow second homes and investment properties to be let short-term through the end of 2028 has been floated but, as of late summer 2026, not adopted. Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Inglewood and Long Beach each impose their own rules, several stricter than the city’s. Work with an operator who can show you the registration status of a residence — in July 2028 that will matter more than any amenity.
Concierge during the Games
A Games household needs things a hotel concierge never has to think about: chauffeured cars routed around closures and the dedicated lanes reserved for accredited vehicles, private chefs when restaurants are impossible, in-residence security for high-profile guests, staff who can absorb a household of twelve for three weeks. Our concierge team is planning for all of it now.

Los Angeles homeowners
The 2028 Games are the single largest revenue event this city will see in a generation, and the homes that earn most will be the ones prepared properly and placed early — not the ones listed in June 2028. Villoura manages the whole of it: pricing, guest vetting, housekeeping, on-call service and the compliance position for your city. See how we work with owners, and read our note on how Los Angeles may loosen its short-term rental rules for 2028.

Frequently asked questions
When are the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games?
The Olympic Games run July 14 to July 30, 2028, with the football tournament beginning July 10. The Paralympic Games follow from August 15 to August 27. The opening ceremony is shared between SoFi Stadium and the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum; the closing ceremony is at the Coliseum.
Can I book a private home for just a few nights of the Games?
Yes. A great many guests come for a specific block of tickets — a long weekend of athletics, a week of swimming — rather than the full seventeen days. We hold residences for short Games stays as well as full-Games and multi-month bookings. Registered short-stay homes will be the scarcest inventory in the city that summer, so those are the ones to secure first.
Which neighborhood should we stay in?
It depends entirely on your tickets, because the venues run from the San Fernando Valley to Long Beach. Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Holmby Hills, Brentwood and the Hollywood Hills sit closest to the geographic centre of the venue plan. Our LA28 venue map matches every venue to the neighborhoods that work.
Can you house a federation, sponsor or hospitality team?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we are planning for. We block several residences within one enclave so a delegation stays together, with catering, security and chauffeured transport arranged across the group.
How early should we book?
Now, if the Games matter to you. Federations, sponsors and family offices began committing homes in 2025, and the housing decision sensibly precedes the ticket decision — 2027 brings first-come-first-served ticket sales and an official resale platform, by which point the best residences near the Westside venues will be long gone.
I own a home in Los Angeles. Can Villoura place it for the Games?
Yes. We are building the 2028 portfolio now, and we manage the whole of it — pricing, guest vetting, housekeeping, on-call service and the compliance position for your city. Talk to us early; the homes we can prepare properly are worth considerably more that summer than the ones we take late.
