Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, California
Addison Retreat is a fully remodeled four-bedroom home in Sherman Oaks, set on a quiet residential street a few minutes from the cafes and restaurants of Ventura Boulevard and a short drive over the hill to Beverly Hills. It is a calm, light-filled base for families and small groups who want the Valley's space and sunshine without giving up city access.
Vaulted ceilings with exposed beams open the great room, where a curved oak island, a pro range and a coffee station anchor the kitchen. The living room is built around a sectional and a big screen for movie nights, and the dining room seats the whole group. Four bedrooms sleep eight, with a spa-style primary bath finished in hand-glazed tile with a freestanding soaking tub.
Villoura runs every stay personally: pre-arrival planning, a private chef or driver on request, stocked kitchens, restaurant and nightlife reservations, and a team that answers within minutes, day or night.
