Corporate & Executive Housing in Los Angeles
Villoura places executives, relocating families and production teams into private, fully furnished Los Angeles homes — for thirty nights, ninety nights, or a year. Not apartment units. Houses with gates, pools, kitchens and offices, in the neighborhoods your people actually want to live in, invoiced to your company.
Medical and recovery stays follow the same thirty-night logic: read our guide to where to stay near Cedars-Sinai.

Who we house
Studio & entertainment
Showrunners, directors, talent and visiting crew through pilot season, production and awards season. Burbank, Studio City and the Hollywood Hills put people minutes from the lots.
Relocating executives
The ninety days between accepting the role and closing on a house. A family arrives to a real home rather than a hotel suite, with schools and neighborhoods to try before committing.
Technology & aerospace
Silicon Beach runs from Santa Monica through Playa Vista to El Segundo. Apple’s campus at 8888 Venice Boulevard alone anchors thousands of Los Angeles staff, and the housing stock near it is thin at the top end.
Legal & finance teams
Trial teams and deal teams who need to be in Century City or Downtown daily, working late, in one place, with room to spread out.
Medical stays
Patients and families in Los Angeles for extended treatment near Cedars-Sinai or UCLA Health, where privacy and quiet matter more than amenities.
Athletes & visiting teams
Season-long and event-length placements, with the discretion and security a public figure needs.
Choosing a neighborhood by commute
Los Angeles rewards proximity more than any other American city. The right answer is almost always the neighborhood closest to where your people will be every morning.
| Where they work | Where we place them | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Century City, Downtown | Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, Brentwood | Ten to twenty minutes to Century City; Wilshire corridor into Downtown, and the D Line’s Century City and Westwood stations are forecast to open in 2027. |
| Burbank, Universal, Warner lots | Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Hollywood Hills | Over the hill in minutes. Large flat lots, pools, guest houses — the standard production-family setup. |
| Culver City, Playa Vista, El Segundo | Santa Monica, Venice, Brentwood | The Silicon Beach corridor, with the coast on the doorstep rather than a freeway. |
| West Hollywood, Beverly Grove | West Hollywood, Mid-City | Walkable to the Design District and the Strip; the shortest commutes in the city. |
| Anywhere, with weekends off | Malibu, Pacific Palisades | For assignments long enough that the weekend matters as much as the week. |

What a Villoura corporate residence includes
Every home arrives furnished and working. Linens, kitchenware, utilities, high-speed internet built for video calls, and scheduled housekeeping are in the rate. Parking is on site at almost every residence — in Los Angeles that is worth more than it sounds.
Beyond the house, our concierge team handles the things that make a long assignment liveable: a private chef or stocked kitchen on arrival, chauffeured cars, gym equipment delivered in, a proper desk and monitor, school runs, and the restaurant table someone needs on a Thursday night. Every account has a named contact who answers within fifteen minutes, every day of the week.
A note on the thirty-night line. Within the City of Los Angeles, stays under thirty nights are governed by the Home-Sharing Ordinance, which limits short-term rentals to a host’s registered primary residence. Stays of thirty nights or longer sit outside that regime, which is one reason corporate assignments are structured the way they are. Neighboring cities — Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica — each have their own rules. We tell you which residences are lawfully available for the length of stay you need before you commit to one.
Terms that suit a company
Billed to the business
Company invoicing against a PO or MSA, consolidated across concurrent assignments, with the documentation your finance team expects.
Flexible length
Thirty nights to a year. Assignments extend — we plan for that rather than re-trading the rate when they do.
Several homes, one enclave
When a team needs to stay together we block multiple residences within the same neighborhood, sometimes the same street.
Discretion as standard
Gated and hedged properties, vetted staff, NDAs on request, and no listing exposure for placements that require privacy.
Tell us the assignment
Dates, headcount, and where your people need to be each morning. We will come back with a shortlist of residences and a rate — usually the same day.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum stay for corporate housing in Los Angeles?
Most of our corporate placements run 30 nights or longer, which is where the value sits for a company. We also take shorter executive stays from three nights — a board week, a shoot, a round of meetings — in the same residences.
What is included?
A fully furnished home with linens and kitchenware, utilities, high-speed internet, scheduled housekeeping, and a named contact who answers within 15 minutes. Parking is included at almost every residence. Chef, chauffeur, gym equipment, office setup and airport transfers are arranged on request.
Can you invoice our company directly?
Yes. We bill the company, not the guest, and can work to a purchase order, a master services agreement, or per-assignment invoicing. Multiple concurrent assignments are consolidated onto one statement.
How does this compare with a corporate apartment?
A serviced apartment gives you a unit in a building. We place people in private houses — a pool, a garden, a real kitchen, a separate office, and a gate. For a relocating executive with a family, or a group who need to work and host in the same place, that is a different proposition entirely.
How far ahead should we book?
Thirty to sixty days is comfortable for a single assignment. For pilot season, awards season, and anything that overlaps a major event at SoFi Stadium or the Convention Center, book earlier — inventory in the best neighborhoods commits months out.
Do you house production crews?
Yes. We regularly place directors, showrunners, talent and visiting crew, and we can block several residences in the same neighborhood so a team stays together. Villoura also handles homes used as locations — see our villa productions page.
