Corporate & Executive Housing in Miami
Miami has absorbed more relocating capital than any American city this decade, and the housing market has not caught up at the top end. Villoura places executives, relocating families and visiting teams into private furnished residences across Brickell, Edgewater, Coconut Grove and the Beach — with the one thing most operators here will not give you in writing: a straight answer about what is legal for your dates.
Owners: see the Miami events calendar 2026–27 for every peak week and the compliance step before each.

Where to place your people
| District | Suits | Practical note |
|---|---|---|
| Brickell | Finance, law, family offices, anyone with a Brickell Avenue office | The densest cluster of licensed furnished residences in the city, and walkable to Brickell City Centre, which sits roughly a mile from MiamiCentral and the Brightline platform. |
| Edgewater & Downtown | Teams who want Brickell access at a better rate | Minutes north on Biscayne Boulevard; the Pérez and the Arsht are on the doorstep. |
| Coconut Grove | Relocating families | Canopy streets, bayfront parks and the best schools in the city. Ten to fifteen minutes to Brickell. |
| Coral Gables | Long placements only | Beautiful and central, but the Gables does not permit rentals under six months in its residential zones. Plan accordingly or look next door. |
| Miami Beach & Bal Harbour | Executives who want the ocean, on longer arrangements | Miami Beach prohibits stays under six months and a day in all single-family homes and much of its multifamily stock. Licensed units exist; we know which they are. |
The compliance point, plainly. Miami is enforcing. In August 2026 the City of Miami issued a cease-and-desist to a Brickell Bay building over short-term units operating well beyond what was authorised, and Miami Beach fines illegal rentals from a thousand dollars a day. A corporate placement that gets shut down mid-assignment is not a rate problem, it is an operational one — your person is on the street in a city with no spare inventory. We show you the licence status of a residence before you sign, and we will tell you when the home you like is not lawfully available for the length of stay you want.
Who we house
Finance and family offices
The sector that reshaped Brickell. Citadel’s new tower at 1201 Brickell Bay Drive — fifty-four storeys and some 1.7 million square feet — is only the most visible part of a much larger migration, and every one of those firms needs somewhere to put people before they are settled.
Relocating executives and families
Three to six furnished months to choose a neighborhood properly, with schools visited and commutes tested before anyone commits to a purchase.
Technology and crypto teams
Project-length placements and conference weeks, in buildings where a team can work as well as sleep.
Legal and consulting teams
Matter-length stays where the team needs to be together, near Downtown, with room to work late.
Medical stays
Extended treatment at Mount Sinai, Baptist Health or the UHealth campus, where quiet and privacy outrank amenities.
Brand and event teams
Art Basel, the Boat Show, Formula 1 and Music Week — the weeks when Miami hotel rates roughly double and a residence stops being a luxury.

Terms built for a company
Billed to the business
Invoicing against a PO or MSA, consolidated across concurrent assignments.

Before you commit, not after an inspector calls.

Several residences blocked in one building or one neighborhood.

Dates, headcount, and where your people need to be each morning. We will come back with a shortlist and the licence position on each residence.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum stay for corporate housing in Miami?
It depends on where. Across much of Miami-Dade we can place a team for thirty nights or longer, and in licensed buildings we can do considerably shorter. In the City of Miami Beach, rentals shorter than six months and a day are prohibited in single-family homes and across much of the multifamily stock — so the honest answer is that the right minimum is set by the address, and we will tell you which is which.
Which neighborhood suits a Brickell office?
Brickell itself for the shortest commute, Edgewater and Downtown for a few minutes more and better value, Coconut Grove for families who want trees and a bay rather than a lobby. Coral Gables is beautiful and close, but its residential zones do not permit rentals under six months at all.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes — company invoicing against a PO or MSA, several concurrent assignments consolidated onto one statement, and the paperwork your finance team will ask for.
Is it furnished?
Fully. Linens, kitchenware, utilities, high-speed internet and scheduled housekeeping are included, along with parking. Chef, chauffeur, gym equipment and office setup are arranged on request.
How far ahead should we book?
Sixty days is comfortable for most of the year. From December through April — Art Basel, the Boat Show, the Miami Open, Music Week — book far earlier; that is Miami\u2019s season and the best inventory commits months out.
Do you place people relocating permanently to Miami?
Frequently. A furnished house for the first three to six months lets a family choose a neighborhood properly instead of buying from photographs, and Miami rewards that patience — Brickell, the Grove and the Gables are very different places to live.
